The Office of Film and Literature Classification have refused to issue it a rating... due to depictions of drug use.

That's banned, but it's ok to send the people of Australia braindead with "Today Tonight Fallout 3 Banned in Australia

Age blogger Jason Hill presents a strong case for an R18+ category for games. The poll currently shows 62% pro, and the anti vote seems skewed by multiple ‘no’s – as many as 3000 from a single IP address. Why we need an R18+ rating
