It is not the attitude of teenagers that should be targeted, except as an adjunct, it is the attitude of parents. Society should be debating why the parents of those teenagers embroiled in binge drinking have abrogated their responsibility. Society should censure them. The fundamental character of all children is formed by their parents. As such, it is the parents who should be held accountable for that character.
