As always, it will be difficult to get much attention given to any of the many candidates and parties, other than the two leaders of the two major parties. However, that’s part of the task of those of us who are independents or from smaller parties.
Getting attention on the Senate contest will also be immensely difficult. I’ve seen and heard only the briefest of mentions of the Senate in all of today’s pre-election media, despite the fact that in some areas the Senate result can be as crucial as the House of Reps result.
