Firstly, I am gutted that Psycho Biting Lefty Tim is nominated. People! The man is clearly a genius - pretending to be mechanically inept in order to screw up the Friday night games? Breaking up racist joke telling pow wows? Making creepy, off-putting comments to ol’ Thatcher? There is so much potential! His lip curl is a little frightening though.
Geneva? Hmmmm. I keep wanting her to be better, but she’s not quite getting there. Plus, she kept plunging her tongue in her cheek (in the literal sense) and licking her teeth in an incredibly distracting manner during her nominations, so I’m wondering if I want her to go. But then…
Angela Bishop! Not as hideously offensive as I thought she would be, but I also have NO desire to witness her fumbling around in the dark with young Mr I Like Short Shorts, the sheep shearing Glenn. Since this year’s show is obviously all about sex and scandal, her non-eventful week in the house leads me to wonder whether she’d be the best choice to leave.
Torn!
What do you think? After I vote Cuntface off (and I will, or die trying with my fingers frozen in the texting position), where should I focus my attentions next?
(Please) Discuss.
Posted by Jess at May 16, 2005 11:03 PMLet me begin by quoting an obscure song by the wrongly titled camp rock group Queen,
“I feel so inar. inar. inar. inar-tic-ulate, that’s how I feel”
Now, in my past exeriences with BB1 through 4, there seems to be 2 issues at stake with evictions.
So given that insightful, articulate and acid tongued folks might actually disagree with the outcome of the evictions, the overall demographic has the “pulling power” so to speak, so my bet this week is Tim, Why? Because he is so unpalatable for the “demographic” I mean the guy comes across as some one who can string a few words together, but sadly his awkwardness with members of the fairer sex far outweight this, and besides he ain’t blonde with a six pack nor does he have a tan?
Also as Nelson is sooo gone (sans prizes thankfully) Tim will no longer have an arch-nemisis to “lock horns with”
Sadly it’s Tim with Angela being an older sister type second, Nelson and Constance are also gone this week as per BB’s original plan, do the maths!

I suspect Tim’s lip curl might be a badly repaired cleft lip/palate. He does seem to have a very mild dysarthric speech impediment. Perhaps he is not only the resident Leftie…he is also the first disabled housemate !
On the topic, I think a housemate with a significant disability would be very hard to beat in the voting…

I also have my suspicions…more from what the housemates said in the nomination show than from what we’ve seen so far on TV…that Geneva is the resident psychopath. I’d call that teethlicking an involuntary tic. Perhaps caused by the stress of suppressing her internal raging desire to kill and eat the other housemates he he.
I think you might have been on the money with your “psycho eyes” comment Jess - I hope she stays in as she might very well go postal given enough time.

If anyone saw her condom candy pushing last night on uplate, they’d find it hard to disagree.

I think Sunday will be Angela by a mile given her behaviour on the daily show tonight (ie last night after nominations.) And she looks the sort who might do the week long hissy fit.

From what was shown on TV tonight she seems to have dug herself halfway to China already…

Cuntface - hmm, aren’t they just loveable foibles though? Calling Big Brother a religious type in a derogatory manner, being overprotective of his porridge when I thought the first few weeks were all about teamwork, fuck off Kate indeed, being stupid enough to think that the producers couldn’t take away his car, and making a dickhead of himself daily on national television? Loveable foibles I say LOL.
Dean will go with him, even though I suspect that BB may have whipped up this whole storm in a teacup themselves - oh, by the way, the girl/guy/sheep I am shagging in lockdown is just a very good friend - he didn’t endear himself to the voting population with the I have nothing to apologise for speech…
On the Sunday eviction angle, I think it will be Geneva - Tim has gotten enough good buzz out in lefty nutter land who would die before they admitted watching the show who somehow will manage to vote for him to stay in (or do we vote to kick them out, there are too many reality shows with different levels of in or out nowadays?), but Angela I think should have cold tingles down her shoulders every so often, the creeping realization that her fifteen minutes could be up.
Geneva out, ahead of Angela by the slimmest of margins. Lefty Tim only got the nominations because he is too much a threat to the brainless ones LOL.
