Lleyton & Bec Cartwright?
Good god!
Is there some sort of new showbiz policy which insists that Australian tennis players must go out with actor\pop stars from the Hills District? Is this Newk’s doing? Pat Cash?
According to the ever-reliable and in no way inclined toward hyperbole news.com.au, post-Beau Bec and post-Clijsters Lleyton Hewitt hooked up a few weeks back after a savvy Lleyton heard through the showbiz grape vine that Bec was single and asked her “associates” for her number.
While ausculture.com initially thought Bec’s nemesis best friend Delta Goodrem would be a highly suitable new paramour for Lleyton, perhaps Bec is the better choice out of the two ladies. After all, Bec is apparently “one of Australia’s most high-profile performers” after beating Pauline Hanson in a television ballroom dancing comp hosted by Daryl Somers.
How can Delta compete with such stellar achievements? Hell, she can’t even get people to cough up a perfectly reasonable ticket price to come hear her sing!
Anyway, ausculture.com luuuuurves new celebrity luuuuurve, and an impressive match up like Lleyton and Bec Cartwright can only mean a future of wonderful exclusive Woman’s Day interviews - possibly even a Fresh tell all! Then we’ll have the NW Magazine inevitable break up dissection, followed by a tasteful nude photo shoot - Bec or Lleyton, we’re not too fazed.

Okay… its unrelated… but… AHHHHH!
Slinkee Minx are back with a new song! I just had the horror of seeing the tragic affair on Video Hits! The come hither stares, the fuck me poses - THE HIDEOUS FACES! (and lets not get me started on the outfits, wigs, and horrid dance moves).
Its a tragic, sad, scray affair.
Actually - I’m going to have to investigate further - because I fear the Slinkee Minx that stands on the right hand side during the clip may in fact be having an epileptic stroke during filming!
Oh - and DJMAX is obviously the DJ used in the video clip! What other DJ do we know that could keep a loving smile, and some hip grinding action, going throughout the tragedy that is an SM song?
Again - excuse the unrelatedness. I say - they all give the trash rags something to talk about by making it a Beau/Lleyton love scenario! I can see it now!! -

After a failed attempt at a musical career and being stuck and going nowhere on Home & Away (and watching Tammin Sursok now kicking goals beyond the show), to say that Bec has been exploiting her Dancing With The Skanks victory is a massive understatement. This girl is on misson. She’s dumped the safe boyfriend, is going to the opening of a door and taking every photo opportunity she can find. A potentially controversial relationship with a hi profile sportsman which will ensure she continues to get a stack of publicity. So it’s a logical step. Lleyten is probably looking for something casual and non-commital after the Clisters debarcle, and he’ll get that with Bec as long as he gives her some headlines.

Actually that’s incredibly snotty of me. Some people (DJ MAX!) assure me that La Minx are ace, and I have to even admit I was caught out dancing to Summer Rain while on the turps a few months back.
That said, I dance out of loyalty to BELINDA, not the Melbourne pop trio who debased her legacy.
