Kylie Moving To Fountain Lakes?
It appears as though Kylie Minogue is this close (ie: very close) to securing her dream of appearing on brilliant comedy Kath & Kim - at least, that is according to news.com.au.
Going against everything she has worked towards for the past 20 years, Minogue looks set to return to the ’80s, the frizzyball of a Charlene Robinson she once was, with a tizzy do to make Kimmy proud.
After first requesting a gig on the hit comedy series during her visit home to Australia last Christmas, Minogue repeated her call to join the kitsch capers of Kath and Kim when she appeared on Rove Live last week.
Minogue, who turns 36 today, is believed to have secured her dream gig late last week when she met Gina Riley and Jane Turner.
I also couldn’t agree more with the news.com.au team’s wish that Kylie appearance on Kath & Kim makes up for the dismal disappointment that was the Queer Eye appearance. Yes, I’m still gutted.
I for one eagerly await the Kylie, Kath & Kim episode, and hope that they they whirl and they twirl and they tango to their hearts content.
Urgh, this is far more difficult than I thought!
