Meredith “To Do” List

Sleeping Bag?
Check. Thanks Fluffy.

Tent?
Check. Now no longer part of the living room and packed away. Again, thanks Fluffy!

Esky?
Check. Filled with tuna, 2 Minute Noodles and Fortune Cookies. The festival essentials, then.

Appropriate Clothing?
Check. Obviously not. I have some traditions to uphold, you know.

Rock Photogroper?
Check. Alas, no. It was too expensive to fly him down, and he probably wouldn’t have fit in the backpack anyways.

Dictaphone?
Check. This will hopefully aid in ausculture.com scoring a few exclusive interviews with wandering drug-addled rock stars although more than likely will simply contain a tape on which 90 minutes of giggling and bad puns are recorded in a smoke-filled tent.

Tag Team Partner?
Check. Although currently in storage, I have been assured he’ll be primed and ready to rock and roll by tomorrow morning.

Clean Socks & Underwear?
Check. Thank you Safeways, as I haven’t had time to hit the laundromat today this week this month.

Justin Timberlake Official ‘Justified’ Satchel?
Check. How else will kind-hearted folk who possibly read this blog recognise me and hopefully slip me a tenner out of the goodness of their hearts?

Convoy?
Motherchucking check. We hit the road tomorrow morning with a twinkle in our eyes and thunder in our hearts.

Kranki revels in the mud (sometime in the near future)

Depending on how messy things get, ausculture.com will return on Monday. Maybe Tuesday.

Have a good weekend, sweet readers x

How on earth do you intend to source boiling water for the noodles? I myself prefer the five-food-groups-in-one Sustagen. Yeah.

I'll look out for the satchel. You look out for the blue and yellow Lagkapten wristband.

I'm so excited right now. One sleep to go!

changes undies

Have fun!
