As a sop, he could promise to make Vesna Speaker of the House of Reps.

Greg's looking like the next to go, and the key for Tim seems to be how Greg's preferences will fall. If they flow to Tim, he's home and hosed.

But lets not be complacent Timmy fans - vote out Greg so our boy stays for the final two.

Even if Tim does get all of Greg's fans, Vesna already seems to have over 50% of the fans, so Timmy will still come up short. The only hope there is is that the non-teenagers who wouldn't usually vote (nor spend time voting in the BB popularity polls) will come out of the woodwork for the final 2, and vote for Tim. (ala Ben winning over Blair in BB1). According to the BB site, Tim is a right stud muffin with the older crowd, so here's hoping!

Tim's a wanker - highlighted by the fact that he even went on the show. Who would line up for hours, go through weeks of auditions and let themselves be locked up in a house with a dozen fuckwits, but someone who is complete fuckwit.

Ummmmm, someone who is interested in the process as a social experiment, someone who wants to win a million dollars, someone who wants their fifteen minutes of fame, someone who wants to kickstart their career in the 'entertainment' industry, someone who wants to meet Gretel, someone who perhaps anticipated that like previous years there might actually be some worthwhile people that they might like to meet, someone who doesn't give a rats arse for the opinion of someone on the internet . . .

And, guess what - Timmy didn't line up for hours. Late in the day, he saw the line wondered what it was for and joined in. He was the very last person to audition. Timmy is a writer, this is a wonderful source for a book, or 2 or 3. I hope Gretel falls in love with Timmy they would make a great couple, witty writers, occasional performers. Feeling quite nervous about Ves supporters. But I do think previous posters are right, the quieter civilized people are Tim supporters and they will rally at the end. Most of the people who have paraded through this house have been total wankers and I want to see their faces crumble when Tim is triumphant. And I want to see the headlines - big brain defeats boof head dim wits :)

I really like Tim. I usually expect there might be one or two housemates I like, but I never expected to find myself respecting one. Tim has shown some wonderful strength of character and, I hope, provided viewers with a pretty good role model.

I really want Tim to win, and I'm planning to vote for Vesna this weekend. I had a squiz at the official website and it had a 'who will win' poll which gave something like 45% to Vensa, 35% to Tim and 20% to Greg - making Vesna a pretty clear threat to Tim's winning.

Tim would totally be one of those lefties who talk it up, go to protests but hide behind the crowd then nick off as soon as the police arrive.

A true lefty wouldn't let himself be bullied by the boys as he's done, and only strike back against those weaker than him (i.e. Christie when she put the powdered milk in his bed and Vesna when she put the cake in his face.) A real lefty would have told Dean outright that he wouldn't do the kanga prank because it was disgusting, rather than enthusiastically agree when he was with the boys, rat them out to Kate to try and get into her panties, then confuse boofhead Dean by talking circles around him when he was found out. And a real lefty would have gotten straight over Thatcher as soon as she proudly proclaimed that she was homophobic, rather than put her on a pedestal and say that he couldn't believe how a strong woman like her would have those opinions.

Not that moody, whining, insecure, entitled princess Vesna is any better.

Hi Jess, We're different people, we just share a computer in an Ausculture-loving, Tim-hating house. Well, not "hating" but we're not huge fans. It is so fulfilling to get a response from the famed jess, even if you don't take us seriously on our very important stance. I can't wait till all the guys get back from playing hacky-sack in the park so I can tell them you have responded. I know Frank in particular will be ecstatic.

Vesna is the Sara-Marie of the latest BB, you don't want her to win but glad she's there to spice things up. Sara-Marie was tipped to win at one time to but there was a late swing to dull old Ben because no-one wants to give a million bucks to a knob head.

I think you could be right about Ves. My housemate is an even-tempered country lad whose response to just about everything is a hearty chuckle, but he gets the steamy ears and the bulgy eyes whenever he hears Vesna's screechy cackle emanating from our very tiny tv...she could lose on wogaphobia alone.

A greater fear for me is that likeable fellow with big bosoms and abadabas of steel, Gregoriatitis. He fits the profile, what with his cheerful misunderstanding of them enigmatic sheilas and his medium-to-low-end IQ.

I don't have complete faith in the nation's capacity to reward a person as sophisticated as Tim. I reckon there may be a 'He make them good sentences wiv grammar and big word! BURN HIM!' backlash.
