Sacrilege!
Gasp, shock, horror, disgust!
According to TV Week’s website, Chanel originally tried out at the Canberra auditions - and didn’t make it through to the judges! What kind of ignorant monkeys do they have working as talent scouts at these auditions? How many incredibly gifted individuals were turned away in favour of joke auditions?
It makes my blood boil to think how close we came to losing the one shining star we’ve seen this year. Sniffle. But still, I must not get too upset - Canberra’s loss was Sydney’s gain and despite a near-miss, we still have Chanel in our lives and that’s important to remember.

Chanel is a STAR; (this is an understatement). Kudos to this spunky lady who manages to stay real and beautiful throughout the entire idol journey so far. What u see is what you get; if not more. this girl is hotter and sweeter than you can imagined--writes witty poetry about trees amongst many other things that tickle her fancy. great voice and mind-blowing showmanship; Chanel's a true gem. keep rocking, bella!!

Chanel is by far one of the very few who has really caught my attention. It's her unique qualities, her confidant ability and her love of feathers that have already made Chanel a rising star.
I can't believe we nearly lost her.
